Site work for a mixed-use development in Washington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
WEST PROSPECT AVENUE STORM SEWER PROJECT - Includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install 18" SLCPP storm pipe and inlets, complete trench repairs, and replace a section of sidewalk. Connection to an existing inlet is also included. Project must be completed before July 31, 2025 The Bid Envelopes Must Be Clearly Marked West Prospect Avenue Storm Sewer Project City of Washington reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to City of Washington. Awarded bidder shall provide 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond and 100% Maintenance Bond for the projects. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day. Bids may be held by City of Washington for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
