Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a fire / police facility in Washington, Pennsylvania. Design plans call for the construction of a 70,000-square-foot, three-story above grade fire / police facility.
As of May 1, 2025, this project is in the schematic design phase. DD's will be completed within 2-3 months after SD approval and CD's to be completed by December. Advertisement for bidding is anticipated to occur in late fourth quarter 2025. Construction duration is anticipated to be 18-20 months.
