RFP Redevelopment Authority Of The County Of Washington (RACW) Request For Proposals RACW seeks proposals from qualified architectural firms in support of Washington County's Community Development Block Grant Program. RACW intends to select a firm to provide architectural services for the Washington Public Facility Improvements . The specific services being sought by RACW are identified in RFP #768.
