RFP Redevelopment Authority Of The County Of Washington (RACW) Request For Proposals RACW seeks proposals from qualified architectural firms in support of Washington County's Community Development Block Grant Program. RACW intends to select a firm to provide architectural services for the Washington Public Facility Improvements . The specific services being sought by RACW are identified in RFP #768. All qualified proposers will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age, handicap or sex. RACW is an equal opportunity agency. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
