Waterside Park Greenway Phase 1 Project WATERSIDE PARK GREENWAY PHASE 1 PROJECT Includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install approximately 1,629 feet of concrete pathways at varying widths and depths, 1,005 feet of a 2 gravel pathways, 70 feet of split rail fencing, 164 feet of ADA metal handrails, and any associated site grading. Also included is two (2) Add Alt bids for the installation of approximately 970 feet of a 6 wide concrete pathway, Rediblock retaining wall, and concrete fishing area. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Township Engineer . All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to North Franklin Township North Franklin Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Attention of Bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the projects. Awarded bidder shall provide 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond and 100% Maintenance Bond for the WATERSIDE PARK GREENWAY PHASE 1 PROJECT. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day. Bids may be held by North Franklin Township for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the contract
