Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Washington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Burgettstown, Canton, Chartiers, and Washington Demolition Project Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, Which Shallnot Be Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. The Form of the Guaranty Shall Be in Accordance With the Typepermitted Under the Contract Documents. Attention is Called to the Fact That Not Less Than the Minimum Salaries and Wages as Setforth in the Contract Documents Must Be Paid on This Project; That the Contractor Must Ensure That Employees and Applicants Foremployment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their Race, Age, Color, Religion, Sex, National Origin, or Handicap. Racwreserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informality in the Bidding. Bids May Be Held by Racw for a Period Notto Exceed Forty-five (45) Days From the Date of Opening of Bids for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating The qualifications of Bidders, Prior to Awarding of the Contract. In No Event Will the Racw Consider a Contractor as Eligible if He Cannotinitiate the Work Under the Contract Within 20 Days of the Contract Execution and Proceed to the Successful Completion of the Workwithin 45 Consecutive Calendar Days of the Notice to Proceed.
