Site work and paving for a civil project in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: o 2.52 miles of municipal street reconstruction including 13,900 feet of water main replacement, 11,900 feet of sanitary sewer replacement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, HMA paving, and restoration. o Replacement of 426 lead service lines throughout the City of Iron Mountain. o Complete Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Station in vault. o Related storm Sewer work. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2025 Water & Sewer Utility Project. Question Deadline 06/16/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Scott Nowack, (906) 774-3440 or snowack@coleman-engineering.com 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
