Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Patterson, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project Description: The Work consists of all activities necessary to build-back three buildings that were destroyed by fire at the Frank Raines Park and OHV. All three buildings are to be replaced at their former locations. All three buildings are to be replaced in compliance with current building codes, including ADA accessibility requirements. The three buildings are: a restroom, a pole barn, and a Ranger's residence. Work shall be completed within the following time periods: Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work within 180 days from the Commencement Date. Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the entire Work within 30 days from the Substantial Completion Date. Event Site Walkthrough note: Any Bidder wishing to investigate current conditions at the Site must schedule such a visit with Owner in accordance with Document 00 2113 (Instructions to Bidders). Pre-Bid site visits after the initial site visit are scheduled at the Owner's sole discretion, depending on staff availability Owner specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work.
