The Village of Parish, NY is looking to update his WWTP facility. Contract term: 1 year The Village of Parish, Oswego County, New York, will be accepting statements of qualifications for Engineering Consulting Services in connection with the Village's Wastewater Treatment Plant improvement project The Village of Parish has received an Order on Consent from the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and must complete improvements to their existing Wastewater treatment plant in accordance with a DEC compliance schedule. Utilizing a qualifications-based process, the Village is now seeking an experienced engineering firm, licensed to New York State, to provide professional engineering services associated with the Village of Parish's wastewater treatment plant improvement project. These services will include an analysis of the cost/benefits of various alternatives including an analysis of a phased capital improvement strategy to connect to Oswego County's proposed Regional Interceptor Sewer project. The selected engineer is expected to provide an amended engineering report outlining any alternatives, design, permitting, bidding, construction phase services for the project for each alternative(s) and will be expected work with DEC on a modified schedule for the consent order. All proposals should be marked with the following language: "REQUEST FOR ENGINEERING QUALIFICATIONS - Village of Parish WWTP Improvements The Village of Parish will award a contract to the engineering firm deemed most qualified to provide services as requested. The contract will include scope and extent of work as well as other essential requirements.
