Reference Number 0000294398 Question Acceptance Deadline Jun 13, 2025 02:00 PM EDT Start date Jul 01, 2025 Pricing Lump sum BGIS is seeking quotes for painting work on exterior wood cladding walls – 235 rue Principale, Cap-aux-Meules, QC, G4T 1R7. The work to be completed is described in Appendix 2 – Statement of Work. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. All electronic recording devices are prohibited during the on-site meeting. Social distancing must be respected at all times, to the extent possible. All persons must follow federal and provincial guidelines regarding COVID-19 prevention measures. With respect to mandatory site visits, if a Respondent fails to attend, properly register, or remain for the duration of the meeting, BGIS may, in its sole discretion, exclude or reject its quotation. Proponents may not have a representative of another Proponent attend the site visit. Each Respondent is required to carefully examine the site(s) where the work will be performed, where the services and/or deliverables will be provided, to be fully informed of any existing conditions and restrictions, and to include in their proposal an amount to cover the costs of all work covered by the contract.
