Reference Number WS5389995147-Doc5390062882 PWGSC, on behalf of Transport Canada, is issuing this Request for proposal (RFP) for the replacement and reconstruction of mooring bollards. The project is located in Cap-aux-Meules, Quebec, Canada, and all details related to the requirement are found in the bid solicitation and in the plans and specifications. Project: Rehabilitation of mooring bollards at Wharf 11, Cap-aux-Meules, Quebec. Work Includes: Demolition of existing bollards (B16, B17, B18, B19, B21, B23, B24, B25). Construction of new concrete bases for bollards B16, B16A, B17, B17A, B18, B19, B21, B23, B24. Restoration of slab at B25. Supply and installation of new bollard heads (50-ton capacity) and installation of pre-supplied heads for some bollards. Coordination with CTMA for access and handling of pre-ordered bollards Tender Documents can be obtained from service.ariba.com Except for the approval of alternative materials as described in GI13, enquiries should be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
