Reference Number 0000388412 The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required to provide snow and ice removal services of all parking lots and pedestrian areas for 450 Saw Mill River Road, Ardsley, 2199 Saw Mill River Road, Elmsford and Public Safety Headquarters, Saw Mill River Parkway,Hawthorne,Westchester County, New York. This contract is for a term of three (3) years with one two (2) year renewal at the discretion of the County. Job Location Ardsley, Elmsford and Hawthorne, NY The County of Westchester reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw its bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening. Each bidder is required to submit the full set of authorized proposal pages and the bid must also be accompanied by the "Bid Bond and Consent of Surety" (as set forth in the Proposal Pages) attached to the outside of the sealed bid. Failure to submit in this manner may cause the bid to be rejected. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to the first year's contract amount, in a form approved by the County Attorney. In substitution thereof, an annual, renewable performance and payment bond may be furnished, in an amount equal to that year's contract amount so long as an annual bond remains in place, uninterrupted, for the duration of the contract.
