The Reconstruction of Sanitary Sewers on Nectar Avenue. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of existing sanitary sewer infrastructure, installation of new sewer lines, manholes, and related appurtenances, as well as site restoration. The City reserves the right to modify the scope of the project at any time prior to contract execution. The City of East St. Louis encourages certified MBEs, WBEs, and BEPs to submit bids for service in accordance with the terms and conditions required.
