DESCRIPTION: The City of East St. Louis is seeking proposals (RFP) from interested Engineering Firms for the design and construction management of the Edgemont Storm Sewer Trunkline Project, East St. Louis, IL 62201. The City of East St. Louis encourages certified MBEs, WBEs, and BEPs to submit bids for service in accordance with the terms and conditions required.
