Sharyland Independent School District (SISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide districtwide safety and security systems repair services. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and, when necessary, replacing components of the District's existing fire alarm and security systems. The scope of work under this solicitation includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services required to effectively troubleshoot, repair, and ensure the proper operation of security and fire alarm systems across multiple campus locations, as identified in the bid documents. In some cases, the scope may require the replacement of entire systems to meet operational and compliance standards. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing fire and security alarm systems. Vendors should be fully licensed and certified as required by law to perform this type of work in the State of Texas. Vendors must also be capable of providing on-call and after-hours service, including work performed outside of regular business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), as well as on weekends and holidays, when necessary to avoid disruption to District operations. This solicitation is intended to result in the award of a contract to one or more qualified vendors who can deliver timely, reliable, and compliant repair and maintenance services to support the District's ongoing safety and security objectives.
