This building stock includes around 40 schools and centres. In the case of this call for tenders, the number of establishments concerned is estimated at twenty-nine (29). The inspection will be based on information from previous studies, in particular the inspection reports carried out in 2018 and 2020 and the reports on the characterization of materials likely to contain asbestos (MSCA) in 2015. OBJECTIVES AND MANDATE The Centre de services scolaires des Portages-de-l'Outaouais wishes to call on professional experts to carry out a systematic examination of areas (in all accessible premises) where ACMs may be present in order to determine the observations to be made on site and verify their respective conditions. The professional should refer to previous reports to identify areas with ACMs. In connection with the deliverables, the Professional shall perform the following work (non-exhaustive list): INSPECTION FULL REPORT SERVICES ON REQUEST
