Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lovell, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary for: Approximately 172,310 lineal feet crack seal and 45,565 square yards seal coat on existing asphalt parking lots, in addition to appx. 6,700 square feet of asphalt hot mix patching. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond with sufficient surety for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid, payable to and to be forfeited to, Big Horn County School District #2 as liquidated damages if bidder fails to enter into the contract within thirty (30) days after award to bidder, or fails, at the time of executing the agreement, to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. The Contract shall be let to the responsible certified resident making the lowest bid, if the certified resident's bid is not more than five percent (5%) higher than that of the lowest responsible nonresident bidder and the resident bidder does not propose to subcontract more than thirty percent (30%) of the work to nonresident contractors (Wyo. Stat. 16-6-101, et seq.). Question Deadline 05/30/2025 There are no specific DBE goals on this project, but the use of DBE contractors is encouraged. Bids will be received at Big Horn County School District #2 Administration Office, 502 Hampshire Ave, Lovell, Wyoming 82431 until 2 P.M. Local Time, on the * day of *, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be furnished on forms supplied by the Project Manual or copies thereof. Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked BIG HORN COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT #2, 2025 DISTRICT ASPHALT MAINTENANCE PROJECT, #PME-052501. and shall show the name and address of the Bidder on the outside. Bids which are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders may be rejected. Big Horn County School District #2 Board of trusties reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive irregularities in bids received.
