Work of this Contract at the Stony Mountain Institution is comprised of the following: Abatement and removal of asbestos containing materials (ACM) and mould associated with pipe insulation covering domestic water, steam, and steam condensate piping within the service tunnels and corridors of A Range, B Range, M Range, and the Greenhouse Tunnel. Evaluation of the condition of domestic water, steam, and steam condensate piping by both visual and non-destructive testing methods to determine sections of piping which require imminent replacement.
