As of August 14, 2025 this project was awarded to P.K.Contracting LLC in the amount of $152,496.25 Reference Number 0000392661 Re-establishing up to 176,400 lineal feet of longitudinal pavement markings with sprayable thermoplastic, 20,665 lineal feet of miscellaneous pavement markings and 122 special markings (symbols/text) with polyurea throughout the City of Ferndale and City of Hazel Park. Question Deadline 07/24/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Surety Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided by the Owner and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Ferndale for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid price Bids shall remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days. The City of Ferndale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities, therein when such waiver is in the interest of the City of Ferndale, and to award the contract to other than the low bidder.
