Reference Number 0000393648 The Ferndale Downtown Development Authority (DDA, Downtown Ferndale) is seeking a qualified contractor(s) to provide maintenance services for the landscape and streetscape elements within its Downtown Development Area. The selected contractor(s) must be able to provide a variety of services for maintaining the downtown area including, but not limited to landscaping, planting, irrigation, weed control, cleaning and debris removal, and other services as outlined in the attached specifications. The DDA may enter into multiple contracts with multiple providers for specific services (such as trash removal/cleaning, planting maintenance, holiday decorations, etc). The initial term of this resulting service contract will be eUective November 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with options for one year contract extension for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028. Contract extensions will be made with mutual consent of both parties with the same terms and conditions.
