A certified check, cashier's check orbid bond made payable to Sweetwater County School District No. 1in an amount equal to 5 percent ofthe bid shall accompany each bid.If the total bid is over $150,000.00,the successful bidder shall be required to furnish to SweetwaterSchool District No. 1, within 10(10) days of the bid's acceptance,Performance in an amount not lessthan 100% of the contract sum. Nobid may be withdrawn for a periodof 30 days after the date of the bidopening.
