As of October 3, 2025, this project is expected to be rebid. A timeframe has not been determined yet. The City of Revere, through its School Building Committee SBC, requests that qualified and experienced DCAMM Certified Trade Contractors submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the new Revere High School Project. A site enabling and site demolition (Bid Package No. 1 & 2) were previously issued and did not include any trade contractor work. This RFQ is for Early Bid Package #3 (BP #3), which includes foundation waterproofing and elevator scopes of work. Interested Trade Contractors are sought for the following categories of work, at the estimated values indicated: Waterproofing, Damp-proofing (Foundation Only) $ $29,000 Elevators $ 1,654,881 Question Deadline 05/28/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Direct any questions by email only to Matt Gulino at mgulino@leftfieldpm.com. Prospective Respondents shall not communicate with any person or entity participating on the Prequalification Committee at any time during the RFQ process except through written questions submitted in accordance with the process outlined in the RFQ. This RFQ is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in MGL Chapter 149A. The SBC through its Prequalification Committee will prequalify firms interested in providing public Trade Contractor services on this early bid package. The required SOQ is different from DCAMM Certification. All Trade Contractors must be prequalified for this project, even if the firm is DCAMM Certified. Based on the SOQs received, the Prequalification Committee will prequalify respondents it deems to be qualified in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFQ. Only prequalified firms will be permitted to submit bids for the category of work in which they were prequalified. The City of Revere, acting through its SBC and Prequalification Committee, reserves the right to reject any and all responses in full or in part, to waive minor informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the City of Revere and Revere Public Schools.
