Asbestos Abatement at McKinley School Contractors must be DCAMM Certified in the following categories of work - Demolition and Asbestos Removal . Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The scope of the work generally consists of all work necessary for the demo as per the drawings for investigative work performed by the architect, removal, packaging, transporting, and disposing of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and asbestos-containing waste materials (ACWM) impacted during the renovation project.
