Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Revere, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
McMackin Field Improvements Phase 1- Site Preparation. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The scope of the work includes construction of Phase I: site preparation of the McMackin Field site as indicated on the Bid documents, which includes removal & disposal of material, additional demolition, earthwork, grading, proposed fill materials, and proposed subsurface stormwater infiltration system. The scope of work also includes construction zone safety and traffic management and coordination of work. The work including, Demolition, Installation of Stormwater Infiltration System, Earthwork, and Slope Stabilization must be brought to substantial completion by August 15, 2025. The required contract completion date, including post construction survey and related deliverables, is January 31, 2026. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing (typed, not handwritten) addressed to Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc., 55 Walkers Brook Drive, Reading, Massachusetts 01867 Attention: CSD, or sent via email to the City of Revere Purchasing Department (purchasing@revere.org); copy grecop@wseinc.com@wseinc.com and andrikose@wseinc.com nd to be given consideration must be received before 4:00pm April 22, 2025.
