Renovation of a municipal facility in Revere, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. SCOPE OF WORK: - Repair 4" x 8" hole in concrete wall of DPW Facility including damage to the building frame. - Repair and place interior wall that was pushed in 4" x 8" including sheet rock, wall moldings and paint. - Repairing and replacing the flashing around the window and all necessary caulking. - Demo damaged Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) and removal of debris, install new CMU's. The awarded contractor is responsible for furnishing and supplying all materials necessary for repairs. Repair to wall at DPW Facility Contracts for services falling under M.G.L. c. 149 that exceed twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) require a 50% Payment Bond. Bond must be submitted to the Purchasing Department within five (5) days of award of the contract. Bonds shall be provided by the Contractor at no additional cost to the City.
