Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Bolton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The Project will include the following scope: The anticipated scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the completion of the following types of services by skilled tradespeople: - Work for this contract is to remove and replace existing millwork, flooring, plumbing fixtures, accessories, equipment. - Nursing Stations - Removal and disposal of the existing millwork, short millwork door, desk and replace them with new millwork. Removal and disposal of existing flooring & wall base and supply and installation of new Vinyl Sheet Flooring. - Painting of the walls and ceiling in the residents room and bathroom. - Installation of new handrail and wall guard protection in the corridors. - Renovation of staff bathrooms, including new mill work, tiling, plumbing and fixture replacement. - Renovation of residents washroom, including new mill work and fixtures. - Replacement of resident baseboard heaters. - Installation of new eyewash stations. - Drywall repairs and other minor repairs. - Plumbing and electrical work. - Installation of new kitchenette with equipment and exhaust. A Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 50 per cent of the Contract value, which for the purposes of this prequalification is estimated up to $900,000.
