The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified licensed consultants for the development of the Town code for engineering, design, and land development standards. Question Deadline 06/11/2025 at 1:00 PM ET All questions or requests for information must be submitted through electronically. The Town will answer all questions and inquiries through electronically. Clarifications and additional information, if any, will be issued as addendums online. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to check online for addenda or updates. The Town will post addendums online by 3:00 p.m on Monday, June 16, 2025. The Town will post the results of this proposal opening and award information online. The Town of Herndon reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal(s) which, in its judgment, will be in its best interest. NO PROPOSAL MAY BE WITHDRAWN FOR A PERIOD OF HUNDRED TWENTY (120) DAYS SUBSEQUENT TO THE DATE OF THE PROPOSAL OPENING. Any proposal may be withdrawn PRIOR to the scheduled time for proposal opening or authorized postponement thereof. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
