Sealed bids are hereby solicited for Air Supported Structure Services - Tennis Bubble located in Herndon, Virginia. The work shall include the following: Services of a licensed and qualified contractor with experience in the installation, assembly, inflation, deflation, disassembly, removal, and storage of an Air-Supported Structure over three (3) ProBounce Surface Tennis Courts. This is a multi-year contract commencing upon the execution of the contract for approximately for the first 16 sixteen- months (ending June 30, 2026) with four (4) twelve-month renewal options. Work Location: Town of Herndon The Town will post the results of this bid opening and award information online. The Town of Herndon reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities in bidding, and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interest of the town. Question Deadline 01/30/2025 at 11:00 AM ET All questions concerning the project shall be submitted through electronically. The Town will post addendums electronically not later than Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 3:00 pm
