Stanislaus County Department of Public Works is now accepting bids for the Crows Landing Industrial Business Park - Water Facilities Improvements. Estimated Construction cost for this project is less than $20,000,000. The work to be accomplished includes; clearing & grubbing, excavation, grading, piping (above and below ground), above ground water tank, pumps & motors, electrical and controls, motor control centers, water well pump & motor, water disinfection facilities, pavement repair, fencing, and other related work. Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Last Day Contractors Clarification Requests: June 16, 2025 5:00 PM PT. Oral interpretations shall not be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of any of the contract documents or be effective to modify any of the provisions of the contract documents.
