The LCWA currently maintains over twenty (20) wells in various locations for which the services described below are occasionally needed. Period of Contract: From July 14, 2025 Through July 13, 2026 Renewable: Two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement Bidders may submit any questions or requests for additional information regarding the project in written format by Friday, May 30, 2025. All questions shall be directed to Sam Massie at smassie@louisacounty.gov or via fax at (540) 967-3439. A formal clarification will be sent out in writing on Friday, June 6, 2025, to all known potential bidders. Payment and Performance Bond If Vendors Obligations include construction, the amount of which exceeds $100,000
