The County of Louisa invites qualified vendors to submit bids for annual inspection, maintenance, testing, and certification of fire sprinkler systems installed in all County buildings so equipped. Systems currently in use are of both the "wet" and "dry" types. This contract also covers annual inspection, maintenance, testing, and certification of hood systems and portable fire extinguishers. Period of Contract: From August 6, 2025 Through August 5, 2026. Renewable: Two (2) successive one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement. Bidders may submit any questions or requests for additional information regarding the project in written format by Monday, June 9, 2025. A formal clarification will be sent out in writing on Thursday, June 12, 2025, to all known potential bidders. The County reserves the right to obtain other repair cost estimates before authorizing the Contractor to proceed with the repair.
