Site work and paving for a road / highway in Avon, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work shall consist of removal of existing asphalt, curb, traffic signal equipment/ foundations, construction of new road, including subgrade, HMA paving, pavement markings, trail, sidewalk, signage, and all other work necessary and as included in the Construction Schedule and Specifications for the County Road 100 N & Raceway Road Roundabout contract documents Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashiers or certified check, drawn on an acceptable bank, or an acceptable bidders bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. that the contract will be awarded by June 26th 2025. The Town of Avon, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts there-of and to waive all responsibility for irregularities in bids. All questions are to be submitted in writing at least 2 business days prior to the bid opening. All questions shall be emailed to smoore@avongov.org.
