Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chino Hills, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work comprises, but is not limited to: Mobilization; traffic control; pavement reconstruction/pavement replacement at varying depths in selected areas; replacement of manhole frames and covers; reconstruction of selected access ramps; construction of a median-island extension; a 2-inch full-width grind and asphalt concrete overlay; adjustment of utility covers to grade; replacement of traffic loops with video detection at selected intersection; restoration of selected traffic loops; restoration of all striping, markings, and raised pavement markers; and implementation of new green bike lanes. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total bid price, payable to the City of Chino Hills. If the bidder elects to furnish a Bid Bond as its security, the bidder must use the Bid Bond form bound herein, or one conforming substantially to it in form, and provide the City with a fully executed original. No digitally executed or any other kind of electronically executed bid bond satisfies this requirement. Said work shall be diligently prosecuted to completion before the expiration of sixty (60) working days, from the dated specified in a written Notice to Proceed from the City. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A Contractor's license at the time of submitting bids. The City of Chino Hills reserves the right after opening bids to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality (non-responsiveness) in a bid, or to make award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, as it may best serve the interest of the City of Chino Hills.
