Description

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

In general, the work consists of the construction of Phase II of the Dieppe Boulevard Extension (approximately 1200m) as shown on the Project Drawings and as specified in the Specifications. Work includes the construction of two roundabouts and a signalized intersection at Dieppe Boulevard / Dover Road / Amirault Street, as well as watermain installation, sanitary sewer installation, storm sewer installation, culvert installations, concrete curb & gutter installation, concrete sidewalk installation, asphalt multi-use pathway construction, road bed granular material placement, asphalt pavement, landscaping, underground conduits, power points, street lighting, pavement markings and street signage.
