This housing stock includes about 40 schools and centres. In the case of this call for tenders, the number of institutions involved is estimated at twenty-nine (29). The inspection will be based on information from previous studies, including 2018 and 2020 inspection reports and 2015 Asbestos Materials Characterization (MSCA) reports. OBJECTIVES AND MANDATE The Centre de services scolaires des Portages-de-l'Outaouais wishes to call on professional experts to carry out a systematic examination of the areas (in all accessible premises) where MCAs could be present to determine the observations to be made on site and verify their respective conditions. The professional should refer to previous reports in order to identify the places with MCA.
