Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in St. John's, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) Walkway Replacement, Wigmore Court, St. John's Any and all USM including but not limited to concrete, asphalt, soft landscaping, etc. to be removed and disposed of at an approved disposal site. New concrete walkway sections complete with curb to be installed as per detail 1-C3 located in Schedule "E", approximately 23 meters of combined sidewalk and curb, 33 meters stand-alone sidewalk, and 54 meters of curb to be replaced on site, including one low-back section in front of unit 22. Nine (9) concrete landings to be removed and replaced at the units noted on drawing 1-C2, completed with broom finish. Existing landings are approximately 915mm x 4600mm with a thickness ranging from 220-300mm. Contractor to install a concrete step at the inner door to ensure safe step height (maximum of 180mm).
