Description

Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Vanderhoof, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a religious / funeral development; for site work for a religious / funeral development; service station / car wash facility; and service station / car wash facility.

The District of Vanderhoof is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the demolition of two building sites located at separate locations within Vanderhoof, BC. Proponents may submit proposals for either or both sites. Where cost efficiencies can be achieved by completing both demolitions under a single contract, such savings must be clearly identified in the submission. Site A: Old KwikSave Property - 302 1st Street/2231 Nechako Avenue Site B: Old United Church Property - 2592 Church Avenue
