Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Turtletown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the following Work: CONTRACT 01: Site clearing / grubbing and (unclassified) grading of a water tank pad and access drive for a ground-level water storage tank and design and installation of a modular retaining wall, including all erosion protection and sediment controls. CONTRACT 02: Water Storage Tank Installation of a bolted steel, modular water storage tank, base stone, foundation, overflow/drain line and outlet, site piping, gate valves, SCADA unit, pressure transducer and box, yard hydrant, and all other associated work. Doc Note : The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
