Renovation of a fire / police facility in North Salem, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Replacement of an AC Compressor and Air Handler. This will be installed at the Croton Falls Fire District Building, 301 Titicus Road, North Salem, New York 10560 (the "Work"). The Croton Falls Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid best suited for its specific needs. Bids will be binding for 60 days subsequent to bid opening and subject to any conditions stated in the Bid Specifications below. -- Remove and discard the existing air conditioning system. -- Furnish and install a new condenser. -- Furnish and install a new air handler. -- Vendor will provide all sheet metal work necessary to adapt the duct work to our existing building's duct work. -- Re-use refrigeration lines & flush them. If lines do not hold pressure vendor will provide us with an additional cost for replacement. -- Vendor will do all drain work necessary to the new system. -- Vendor will do all wiring necessary to install the new ac system. -- Vendor will charge the system with environmentally friendly refrigerant. --Following installation, Vendor will start & test the equipment to ensure proper operation. EQUIPMENTSPECIFICATIONS: -- (1) Daikin DC6TE12030 - 10Ton - 16.4 IEER - R-32 - Commercial A/C - Two-Stage - 208/230V. (orEquivalent) -- (1) Daikin DAQ12033 -10Ton - Commercial Air Handler - 208/230V (or Equivalent) -- R32 Refrigerant.
