Reference number: 20073303 Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 4 The Ministere des Ressources naturelles et des Forets (MRNF), through its Regional Directorate of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean-Capitale-Nationale, within the Public Lands Branch, wishes to have six (6) sites dismantled and cleaned Unlicensed Occupancy Sites and three (3) Illicit Dump Sites located on Crown Lands. The purpose of this call for tenders is to award a construction contract for the release of squatters and removal of confiscated property to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. The contractor who wishes to submit a bid must hold the required licences from the Regie du batiment in this area. Construction sites are located in the Lac-Saint-Jean region. The location of the sites is specified in the technical data sheets and on the location map attached to the call for tenders. The contract will start on the date of signature and end on November 7, 2025, for an expected contract term (without option) of 4.5 months. The work must be completed as soon as the contract is signed and no later than September 5, 2025. The bid must be submitted by a contractor who has, in Quebec, an establishment where he or she carries on business permanently, clearly identified in his or her name and accessible during normal office hours. The Minister draws your attention to sections 3.11 and 3.12 of the tender document, which indicate the contractor's eligibility requirements and compliance with the bid requirements for this tender.
