Please refer to the Régie document for the date of the site visit, which is not mandatory. Summary description of the work: The objective of the work is to reinforce the existing roof structure. This involves partially demolishing the current roof trusses and then adding wooden members according to the structural engineer's plans. In addition, the existing insulation will have to be removed beforehand and replaced with new insulation once the truss reinforcement work has been completed.
