Reference Number 0000294498 Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Prequalification for Demolition Services Metrolinx is issuing this Request to be Prequalified to establish a Prequalified List of Contractors to carry out Demolition Services The objective of this Request to be Prequalified (Stage 1) is to develop a Prequalified List of Contractors, with the necessary experience, qualifications and resource availability to provide the Work to be issued via the Stage 2 procurement process. Performance Bond, with an extended 2 year warranty, in an amount of not less than 50% of the estimated contract price Labour and Materials Payment in an amount of not less than 50% of the estimated contract price. Metrolinx may disallow any requested change, disqualify any such Proponent and/or reject the Submission of any such Proponent as a result of this evaluation.
