Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Multi-year phased program of upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Corporation d'Habitation Jeanne-Mance facilities and their sites. The scope of work includes upgrades to stormwater management on the grounds and in the buildings, and on the water supply and sewer system or the owner's facilities. The mandate will also include repairing the parking lots, creating terraces and landscaping, and installing semi-underground containers and compost collection stations. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. First construction package (phase) has been already tendered, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name CHJM Facilities Upgrades - Rainwater Retention and Exterior Landscaping - Phase 1. Construction started. Subsequent package tenders will be followed when they are issued in new separate reports.
