The project consists of carrying out all the work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: - Partial refurbishment of masonry and repointing; - Replacement of all aluminium window sills with concrete or stone masonry sills; - Replacement of brick door sills with concrete or stone masonry sills; - Complete replacement of all doors and windows; - Addition of waterproofing around mechanical exits; - Replacement of the fibre cement cladding above the 4 main entrances with metal cladding; - Addition of 8 new exterior doors in the basement for the 3 new English courtyards; - Creation of 3 English courtyards; - Ragreage of fences; - Replace vacant lintels; - Construction of concrete slab for pavements; - Excavation work and retaining wall; - Sawing work in the concrete - opening of 8 new doors in the basement; - New slab for RMG bins; - Partial patching of the car park; - Replacement of all exterior lighting; - Replacement of heating units in the dining rooms of the 8 basement units.
