Reference number: 20073296 Deadline for receipt of complaints; 2025-06-09 The CIUSSS of Nord-de-l'ile-de-Montreal requests a flat rate price for the supply of one (1) steam boiler. The price shall include delivery of the device to Jean-Talon Hospital (located at 1385 Rue Jean-Talon E, Montreal, QC, H2E 1S6) and technical assistance to the contractor for installation and commissioning of the device. The supplier must offer a warranty as described in the boiler quote section. It must also include the assembly of all parts and accessories that will be disassembled for equipment handling. The supplier shall include supervision and assistance required to start the device. The price shall, however, exclude the handling and installation on site of the work, the supply and installation of the related components necessary for the operation of the apparatus and other than the internal components thereof (electricity, control wiring, piping, etc. REFERENCE SKETCH AND SCOPE OF WORK The supplier should consult the drawings attached to this call for tenders in order to know the characteristics of the boiler and the constraints that will be encountered during the handling of the apparatus to enter the building through an opening on the 8th floor. The supplier must ensure that the dimensions of the boiler are within the maximum specified in this document and in the drawings for handling in the existing building. The supplier must ensure that all accessories (safety valve, control panel, etc.) are temporarily removed to reduce the width of the boiler during handling. The drawings are for reference only and should not be used for construction purposes. They are intended to indicate the location and dimensions of the devices to be replaced. DELIVERY DATE The supplier must guarantee, in writing with its bid, the complete delivery of the boiler to the work site no later than 14 to 16 weeks after the verification of the shop drawings. The supplier must submit their shop drawings no later than 3 weeks after contract award. The supplier shall coordinate with the contractor the exact date of delivery of the equipment which will be selected by CIUSSS NIM in a separate tender to complete the work
