Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a five-story above grade, one-story below grade multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and multi-residential development.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to Marie-Rollet municipal residential complex. The scope of work provides for the stripping and refurbishment at Marie-Rollet homes and includes the fungal decontamination, demolition/stripping and complete replacement of the envelope, replacement of all interior components of the units, renovation and refurbishment of the basement parking spaces, technical and storage rooms, upgrades to the electrical and mechanical equipment, replacement of sidewalks, steps, pedestrian walkways, retaining walls. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a full team of architectural and engineering professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring services. Preliminary studies and conceptual design are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in late fall 2025. Timelines of further project development are being finalized.
