Otoe-Missouria Tribe, Civil Site Construction Site Location: 8151 Hwy 177, Red Rock, Oklahoma 74651 The project description includes a new civil site structural foundation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to support a new modular building that has been purchased for the social services program. Contract Type is a single prime contract. The RFP packet project information, Q&A due dates, specifications, drawings, required RFP documents can be obtained by email request to Annette Arkeketa at aimette.arkeketa@om3construction.com. Telephone requests for documents or requests for information will not be accepted. It will be the responsibility of prospective RFP bidders to have all documents printed at their own cost. Documents will be provided to general contractors only and complete sets of documents will be issued. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work. Bids over $150,000.00 must include a 5% bid bond. The successful bid will require a 100% Performance and Payment bond. Warranties are required for workmanship and material. Insurance will be required as described in the bid packet. OM3 Construction reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities.
