Renovation of a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Pepper Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager for the IPS - Rebuilding Stronger - Julian Coleman 110 project located at 1740 E 30th St, Indianapolis, IN 46218. This project consists of 130,000 GSF of interior renovations as well as site improvements. Scopes of work for this bid include - fire suppression. Construction work for fire suppression is anticipated to begin July 2025 and end November 2025 Pepper Construction requests competitive bids for the following bid package: BP-01: Fire Suppression BID SECURITY: Bidders are required to include 5% bid security or a bid bond. Please see Contractor's Bid for Public Work PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BOND: Successful bidders are required to furnish a separate Performance Bond and Payment Bond, AIA Document A312, from an acceptable surety in an amount equal to 100% of the full contract sum. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The Base Bid may be held for a period not-to-exceed sixty (60) days before awarding Contracts. All Alternate Bids may be held for a period not-to-exceed sixty (60) days after signing Notice to Proceed.
