Renovation of a transportation facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
This project has work at Terminal 1 to provide equipment replacements and additions to provide energy savings. Work includes concrete construction, gypsum board walls, masonry wall penetrations, doors and painting. Mechanical work includes installation of hydronic piping, ductwork, air handling units/fan coils, hydronic pumps, a heat pump unit, and associated controls. Electrical work includes updating lighting from HID to LED in a tug drive area, replacing hallway lighting and occupancy sensors, and replacing ready room lighting.
