The City University Construction Fund (CUCF) on behalf of the City University of New York (CUNY) Office of Facilities, Planning, Construction and Management (FPCM) has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) to secure the services of firms to provide vertical transportation maintenance services. All assignments shall be performed for the CUNY sites and facilities located on 25 campuses throughout the five boroughs of New York City. CR Number: 2122827 Contract term: 5 Years Questions pertaining to the solicitation are due by Friday, June 6, 2025 by 5:00 PM the Minority-owned and Women-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation goal of up to 30% (18% MBE and 12% WBE) and the Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned participation goal of up to 6% for each task order issued under a requirements contract.
