The improvement includes removal of all stone and the existing south monument, installation of concrete plinth and backer wall, installation of new limestone veneer and cap stones, and repointing and cleaning of the north monument, all in accordance with the contract documents located on the east side of SW 9th Street at Bundy Street, Des Moines, Iowa.
